D7 Dogs Lose 2-1 vs Blizzards

Skyrink.  January 26, 2008.  I think we played excellent hockey last night vs the Blizzards, the first placed team, and I know it’s a hard pill to swallow but you all should look at the positive side of the game. We skated around those guys all night! We scored the first goal on a power play and kept them off the score board for 42 minutes.

Skyrink.  January 19, 2007.  Great effort Saturday night! The entire team hustled and had a lot of energy the whole game. We were always the first to the puck. Our on-ice communication made a real difference in our teamwork, passing and creating scoring chances. We need to communicate like that every game. That was a lot of fun.

Skyrink.  January 12, 2008.   Another for the WIN column.  That column doesn’t represent the true perseverance that the team has been playing recently.  This game was won with persistence, perseverance and wanting to get to the puck first.  Keeping your feet moving and your head on a swivel.  We won most faceoffs, most battles in the corner and we just plain wanted it more!
